Yolanda from Nicaragua and Houston, TX Thank dear sister for your courage, your faith, your God given testimony of the Truth of the Savior's Church, indeed, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter -Day Saints. I served a mission years ago, and it is and has been a beacon of light throughout my life. Thank you dear sister, for choosing to use such a horrific Satan induced experience, as a stepping stone toward fortitude and strength instead of a stumbling block to loss, darkness and unhappiness. I highly respect, admire and support you and all that you wrote on this article and what you stand for. Thank you, thank you.

This was very moving to me, especially as a child of a woman whose life was ended by random violence. I felt my mom speak to me through her words, as I've felt God's hand in all hard things more than I could have testified had I not experienced hard, even unspeakably horrific things. Thank you for publishing it.

Beautifully written, thank you for adding your voice. I currently have 2 missionaries out and have only seen the previews for this movie. It’s not something I would ever have any desire to watch which I’m finding also makes speaking out against such a movie a difficulty. “religious misrepresentation is religious persecution so long as it engenders doubt, disbelief, mistrust, or disrespect toward any religious sect.” This call out is spot on. Your testimony and conviction is beautiful and strong. Thank you for ending this article with the profound truths you have learned through your journey.

Thank you very much for this article based in your own experience. You are right in everything you wrote. This should be read by every member of the Church and by the missionaries serving, as well by their parents.
