It really is simple. Call his bluff and if he sues and as part of any legal defence demand he release the identity of the leakers. So that the leakers can be joined in claims for costs and damages. Such has been called "scorched earth litigation".

The fact that MormonLeaks hired an attorney who is known "for representing pornographers" says a lot about MormonLeak's motives. "By their fruits ye shall know them."
