Spencer has been in the public policy realm for over six years. He most recently worked at The Heritage Foundation in programs and operations and is currently the Executive Director of Family Leader Foundation, a social policy grassroots organization. He also owns a photography business with his wife Michelle. They are the parents of three kids and reside in the Virginia suburbs of Washington D.C.
