The Beginning of a Great Tradition
The premiere Utah’s Stars and Friends performance at the SCERA Shell in Orem, Utah, will bring some of Utah’s most renowned entertainers for a spectacular show that will include something for everyone-from pop to Broadway, with a little rock and a little country thrown in for good measure.
This show is part of the Orem Mayor’s Series of programs. Mayor Evans liked the concept of Utah’s Stars and Friends and wanted to have this family-friendly act come to the SCERA. As a result, watch for future Utah’s Stars and Friends performances throughout the coming years, featuring some of the best performers in the state along with their out-of-state friends.
A SCERA Shell Outdoor Theatre Benefit Performance
Revenue from the Utah’s Stars and Friends performance will be used to help the SCERA Shell Outdoor Theatre continue with its mission of providing outstanding entertainment to the community. SCERA is a non-profit 501c3 organization. The artists who are performing as part of the show are either doing so at their own expense or have significantly reduced the costs for their services.
