Celeste, I have been trying to put into words my thoughts about the power of KNOWING I am a child of God. Thank you for expressing exactly what I was searching for. I have a friend whose child committed suicide. They are loving parents who taught this truth expressly to their child in order to lift, strengthen, and give hope. But this essential knowledge was not understood. How right u are when u describe what can happen If we measure our self worth by any other "outside" descriptor that can be effected by how well we perform. Thank you for your visual...simple and powerful.

Celeste, thank you so much for your article "I am a child of God." My finding it at a special moment in my life is one of those little miracles that remind me that Heavenly Father hears my sincere and pleading prayers and answers them, sometimes immediately after I offer them. I hope I will always remember what you have written. Most sincerly, Steve Henderson.
