The First Presidency has announced the site locations for six temples of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints — four in South America, one in Asia and one in the Pacific.

The six temples with newly announced site locations and general size dimensions are:

  • Londrina Brazil
  • Ribeirão Preto Brazil
  • Santos Brazil
  • Santa Cruz Bolivia
  • Kaohsiung Taiwan
  • Wellington New Zealand

The locations were first published Monday, Nov. 28, on ChurchofJesusChrist.org.

President Russell M. Nelson announced all six new temples in general conferences over the past two-plus years — two just last month at October 2022 general conference, the Londrina and Riberão Preto temples. Two — the Santos and Wellington temples — were earlier in April 2022, while the Kaohsiung temple came in October 2021 and the Santa Cruz temple in October 2020.

Detailed design plans are still being developed for each temple, with additional information — such as exterior renderings and groundbreakings — to be made public later.
