Amy Harman is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and has been treating clients since 2004. She was born and raised in Utah and graduated from Utah State University. She moved to the DC area two years ago where she is in private practice. She’s passionate about helping people improve their body image and enjoys speaking to communities and professionals, and is working on a book about body image that will be out in August.
