I once prepared a talk on this subject, although I never had to give talk. I called it : "how to kill a Sacrament talk" My list consisted of: Begin by mentioning how you didn't want to give a talk, tell how nervous it makes you, read your talk, speak in monotone voice, Don't bear testimony, don't look at the congregation, and a few other thing which I can't remember right now.
