Very good article and information! Thank you for sharing this I have always felt it was a dangerous addiction that anyone can get hooked on. I have intentionally chosen not to play video games because I have seen how addictive it can become.

This is almost as troubling as the addiction of so many adults to their smart phones. Instead of communicating in restaurants, so many couples are glued to cell phones, completely oblivious to their companions. Perhaps we need to consider curbing our own addictions as we seek to help our young people do so.
