We can and do have communication with our dead through revelations from God to our prophets through dreams for individual revelations and by the Holy Spirit that testifies of the truths that guides and directs us through this life.
All GOOD things come from God and we are directed to do good things from the Holy Spirit and through personal revelations. All come from God we can distinguish that they are from God if it’s Holy and a righteous act. If not if it’s dark or bad impression or thought it’s NOT from God.
