Hurrah for you! I have been eating a whole food plant based diet for over ten years and my heart health has been great (without meds) ever since. I also have more energy than any of my peers and even my adult children who have not chosen this lifestyle. Thus, I am notably more active. Starting this way of eating is a challenge, but tastes do change and it is totally my preference now. The standard American diet has had no appeal to me for many years. Thanks for sharing your experience and thanks for the recipes!
