I love this article. Mostly I do things a natural way, and had already decided that if I did develop cancer, I would try natural alternatives, and if that did not work, I would only ask for relief from pain. This is such a wonderful way to think of this- God bless you for this great insight.

Thank you for this timely article. It has such great application for some many trials in life, whether physical, emotional or spiritual. May God bless you as you continue to fall into His hands.

As LDS we believe in seeking truth - no matter where we may find it. Truth is - things as they were - as they are - as they will become - when they will become. We all have difficulty in knowing truth in our personal lives - except by our very limited perceptions given by the Holy Spirit as we are willing and able to understand and act. This is one reason why we must - "Look to me (Christ) in EVERY thought - doubt not-fear not"-D&C6:36 - and "Trust in the Lord with ALL your heart - and lean NOT to your own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and He shall direct they paths." -Proverbs 3:5-6. I send love and hope for continued blessings in your life.

As a former classmate of yours at Logan High School, I just wanted you to know that I have read your articles on a regular basis and have found them to be edifying and uplifting. Your insights are appreciated and I frequently share them with my family. So thank you for your faith and devotion and for your Christ-like example.

I, too, add my appreciation for your articles - for your thoughts, insights, and wisdom which you have shared over the years. I have been cancer free for 6 years. Please go to www.TheTruthAboutCancer.com. There are many cures for cancer and this website will educate you on the causes and cures for cancer.

I am so sorry for your struggles with cancer, it's a horrible disease that we've seen touch so many. For many years now I have learned more from your columns and lessons than I can count. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts, your feelings and the insights you have learned. I have been touched and taught more than I can express.

We know not what to do, but our eyes are upon thee. Be not afraid nor dismayed...the battle is not yours, but God's! Bless your heart! His eye is upon you, fellow saint! For the Lord will be with you!

Thank You Brother Gibbons for these words of wisdom that bring solace and comfort to all who suffer with sore trials. It is well for us to remember not to exclude God and rely solely on our own efforts or that of others. The arm of flesh is weak, but the Lord is able and His tender mercies are indeed available to all who call upon His name!

I'm so sorry about your cancer, having just recovered from that affliction. Please investigate the Budwig Protocol. It has kept me cancer free for a year. I love your columns. I love your wisdom and insight! God bless!
