And don't forget veggie sandwiches! Use mashed avocado (a healthy fat) instead of mayonnaise (a non-healthy fat), lettuce, tomato, cucumber, roasted red bell peppers, green chilies, and a slice of onion. Spice it up with chipotle sauce or asian chile sauce.
