Brad isn't the only executive producer of The Chosen. Derral Eves: Serving as an executive producer, is also LDS, Eves played a crucial role in the crowdfunding campaign that financed the first season of "The Chosen." His expertise in viral marketing helped the series become the highest-funded crowdfunding TV or film project ever made. Eves has been a strong advocate for the show's vision and has worked closely with Jenkins throughout the production process.

I really love the Chosen. It has made the world of the Bible and the apostles and Jesus Christ so much more real to me, and has greatly added depth to my own studies.

It's special to me that he can be a Latter-day Saint and totally into The Chosen, and that I can be a lover/devotee of Jesus, a non-Evangelical who doesn't identify as "Christian", and get so much deep stuff from watching The Chosen.

The Chosen is a miraculous gift to the world to prepare us for the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. It has certainly brought me closer to Jesus and given me greater clarity and insight into his teachings.

This is by far my favorite show. Having that connection of it filming in Utah at the Church’s set and now knowing of Brad's involvement makes it that much sweeter. Thank you for this article.

My wife and I have watched The Chosen from the very beginning. We have often discussed the way each episode is portrayed. We are grateful that the show(s) challenge us to accept our Savior in a deeply real manner and to think about the wonder of it all with a new and immediate perspective. I am so grateful for the Chosen.

Excellent article. I have worked as a background actor for 5 seasons now and in the industry for 30. It has been a pleasure to work with The Chosen. There is definitely a good spirit on set.

Brad and Dallas have performed miracles to spread Christianity in the 21st Century. It's instructive to the rest of us that they approach their work with the intention of pleasing God, not man.

There is no doubt in my mind that the hand of the Lord is on those who are making this series possible, from the top to the bottom. Blessings on them all.

I have known Brad Pelo for many years. He is a very good man, father and example. I wish continued success to him on this project. I love the show.

I love The Chosen. About 10 years ago I stumbled across a three and and half hour video on YouTube entitled “The Best ever Movie on The Life of Jesus Christ”. A non member of the Church had found the Bible Stories video vignettes and put all of the ones about the life of Christ in chronological order, free for anyone to watch. I loved the end result. However, I had often made the comment in a positive way, that the dialogue was straight out of the KJV Bible. It is only when I saw the second episode of season one of the The Chosen that it dawned on me that Jesus would have said and done many things and interacted with family and friends in a natural human way. The Chosen brought the humanity of the Saviour to life without diminishing in the least His identity as the Messiah and only Begotten of the Father. I am certain that Dallas Jenkins and his team are the people spoken about in prophecy by President. Spencer W. Kimball when he spoke about someone who would produce a cinematic bio pic about the Saviour that would touch the hearts and spirits of many of God’s children.
