Love it!!! I too have made a change to a plant-based diet. I have learned that I need to be careful in my sharing because most people are not ready to make the change. I am so grateful that Carolyn has shared this information especially about how to handle those who are not ready to make the change and might never want to adopt this way of eating. I love the effects of eating this way!v thanks again!
