Every time someone told me "you need to take a car for a test drive" thing, I tell them they’re using the wrong analogy. It’s more like building a new house. You’ve never lived in it, but together you carefully pick and choose how you want it to look, how you build it, how it’s furnished. And once it’s built, you need to work on, and maintain the house. Then you can make changes to it over time. Add new rooms, new levels, new appliances, repaint it, keep it fresh etc
