Loved this article! It reminds me of a story I read in the Ensign years ago. A father of a Downs Syndrome son was sitting next to his then 5-year-old with feelings of concern regarding the future of his boy. Out of the blue, the boy looked up and said with perfect clarity, "Dad, I'm okay." Sometimes we're blessed with small, tender mercies to calm our fears and help us to soldier on.
