I was a bit low seeing all the negativity we are constantly bombarded with. I have been working hard to make my comments to others positive and understanding, too. I had pledged to myself that each time I saw or read something negative I would do something positive to neutralize the negative energy. So much negativity is out there I felt discouraged. As I was feeling a bit down, overwhelmed. I saw this article and knew it was for me. I think she is correct. It is an addiction and we are feeding it when we pass negative things along. I liked the ideas we can use. Great article. Provoked some thoughtful thinking and I will gather my energy again and continue to post positivity. I will be the flap of the butterfly wings spreading positive energy in the world.

I was a bit chagrined when I read this article and gauged where I fit in the description. Bummer! I printed out the article and will us it to do better. I put this article right alongside Elder Uchtdorf's The Three Sisters. Thank you for sharing this.
