I read this article for FHE this week. Just beautiful. It filled me with the Spirit and reminded me that even if man cannot fill our need, God can find a way. I do agree with Dave's comments. Also, service on scale in my area has turned to a PR exercise and if there is no glory in it then it seems to dissipate. Your article showed the value of true connection. One to one. Face to face, in that is power. Private acts with no obvious reward. Let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth.

So many worthwhile compassionate stories and thoughts to ponder and process.Thank you for the opportunity to do so. The spirit will help us know where and when to put our efforts and lend our service.

Over the years I have participated in many service project for others. Lately I've been concerned if there is a line where we cross and it puts us in another realm that is not service. It's good that people reference the fourth chapter of Mosiah. However, I think verse 27 should be overarching our service efforts. There have been times when I've wondered if there was any wisdom and order in some service projects. Cheers
