Emma Smith was a true SAINT. Joseph was -- and will be -- enormously blessed to have her by his side.

P.S. Oh my! I just read further and discovered there is an accompanying website with additional discourses and material that augments this book; also, that the book is freely available on LDS.org. This is truly wonderful! What a great way to reach all learners in their preferred styles! Thank you again, and AGAIN!

What a wonderful book this appears to be; I’m looking forward to reading, studying, and pondering it. As an 18-year-old convert to the Church, I was thrilled to learn of my guaranteed lifelong membership in the Relief Society. I have ALWAYS loved being a member of this worldwide sisterhood of compassion, service, learning.... Thoughout my 40 year membership in the Church, I have felt validated and empowered to serve—and now “minister”—as a woman of faith. This book will be a helpful reminder of those women whose strong shoulders we each, and all, stand upon. I believe their strength and faith will buoy us up as we, the sisters of this “time” and this “season,” strive to prepare ourselves and those within our spheres of influence for the coming of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. What a timely addition to my personal library—Thank you!
