Thanks for your article. I shall look up tonight at the moonless sky. Yesterday I commented on the sky to a friend. A pale summer blue with a wide scattering of clouds. Her response let me know she was not a sky watcher.

the account of the brazen serpent always made me feel sorry for those who died... they'd spent all this time learning that looking at idols was bad, and that obedience to the commandments was necessary for everything... it's not hard to see how some would have focussed on the rules they knew, compared to the new word from the living prophet.
