This is not Peter Rabbit, BeatrixPotter would be horrified as am I. I will not go to see it neither will any of my family. It is a nasty, exploitative version made only to make money out of a well beloved character.

Thanks for this review! I saw previews which looked fun, but then also saw previews that made it seem like a dark comedy. And I had questions about a possible subliminal message that because bunnies are cute and furry, they should somehow have a 'right' to steal from Mr McGregor's garden. Thanks for pointing out other possible pitfalls for small kids. I'll save it for older kids.
