Thank you for all the kind words and support. Our project is significantly changing lives though the hearts and hands of many. We all serve in different ways- in our homes, locally and abroad, the key is to prayerfully consider where we can have the most impact. As you look into the eyes of a soul in need, and you serve, you are also changed as truth expands. Long after the holidays are over, presents unwrapped and trees taken down, there are those that live day to day hoping for a miracle. YOU can be that miracle.

What a wonderful gift. Kristin has a beautiful heart, and Carolyn did a fabulous job of explaining part of what she does.

What a great opportunity for those of us who sew! I immediately contacted my local group and can't wait for the patterns to help out!

What an a wonderful story of being pro-active in the face of such an important issue. I am interested in learning about the hygene kits... I would like to have our USA ward sisters make these kits that you say will last 3 years. Where can I get the patterns or instructions and then where to send them.

My heart always aches when I read stories like this. I feel powerless to do anything significant to help improve their lives one iota. Things we take for granted every day are unattainable luxuries for many people around the World. Even in my times of difficulty. I contemplate why I am shown favor over others; a degree of guilt overshadows the abundance I have. My remedy is to share what, when & where I can. One of my favorite Hymns is, Because I have been given much I too much share. It sets the tone for what we have been asked to do by our Heavenly Father; to love one another as He loves us.
