Scouting is a wonderful program for our children, it builds character, confidence and responsibilities. The LDS church is dropping the program because BSA is endorsing gender difference participation in BSA, and LDS church does not.

Marvelous news! I hope the Church drops scouts altogether, replacing it with a better world-wide program of its own, focused on things that matter most, instead merit-badge busywork.
