Several years ago, the World Family Policy Center produced an effective short documentary demonstrating the “real world impact” of abiding by (or disregarding) the values stated in the The Family: A Proclamation to the World. “Where the World Begins” features interviews with three families living in different countries facing — but overcoming — incredible difficulties. The interviews are touching and revealing. BYU TV, however, had difficulty receiving permission to broadcast the documentary. Two weeks ago, all necessary approvals were obtained. This morning, BYU TV filmed a short pre- and post-documentary discussion with the co-producers of the documentary, Kendall Wilcox and Richard Wilkins.
“Where the World Begins” is slated for almost immediate broadcast.
