The BYU Speeches YouTube channel recently released this inspiring video illustrating a story shared by Jeffrey R. Holland in a BYU devotional in 1980. He shares an account of a friend who got lost as a young man, and “teaches that trouble will come, but discouragement doesn’t have to. If we work now to prepare ourselves through patient and faithful discipleship, we will get through.”
