Set in a prison, the Mormon Tabernacle’s new music video of “Infant Holy, Infant Lowly” tells a story of modern day redemption. It illustrates how Jesus Christ can be found where you least expect Him. Perhaps, it is where we should most expect Him. Matthew 25: 36 says, “I was in prison and ye came unto me” preceding the lesson, “Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.”
This video serves as an excellent reminder of not only the healing and the hope that can be found in the Atonement of Jesus Christ, but also of our responsibility to lift up the hands that hang down.
Lyrics
Infant holy, infant lowly,
For his bed a cattle stall;
Oxen lowing, little knowing,
Christ the babe is Lord of all.
Swift are winging angels singing,
Nowells ringing, tidings bringing:
Christ the babe is Lord of all.
Flocks were sleeping, shepherds keeping
Vigil till the morning new
Saw the glory, heard the story,
Tidings of a gospel true.
Thus rejoicing, free from sorrow,
Praises voicing, greet the morrow:
Christ the babe was born for you.

Our family did FHE at the Utah State Prison for several years, very humbling, never felt the Spirit so strong. This Christmas video reminded me of our times there, yes, Christ is in the prison.
