In Wednesday night’s seventh and final game of the World Series, Jeremy Guthrie, who attended BYU and Stanford University, will take the pitcher’s mound for the Kansas City Royals. In this video, he tells the part that his mission to Spain played in his life. In addition, since he learned to speak Spanish fluently on his LDS mission, he often serves as an English translator for fellow starter Yordano Ventura. Watch this video and find yet another reason to like Guthrie.
