Latter-day Saint global business leader/bass guitarist/drummer Kevin Guestās already broad smile stretches a bit wider recalling the first time he met Beatles drummer Ringo Starr.
āRingo walks up to me and gives me a hug. He looks me right in the eye and asks me how Iām doing. He connected with me. Iām standing in front of arguably one of the most famous people in the history of the world ⦠and he made me feel important.ā
Guestās one-on-one moment with the Fab Four icon offered a moment of immediate insight:
āThe true measure of a person is how they treat people who can do nothing for them,ā he said. āAnd at that moment, Ringo made me feel like I mattered.ā
Now fast-forward to an unexpected email he received just a few days ago from a woman who works as a distributor for USANA, a nutritional supplement company. Guest is the organizationās chief executive officer.
