SO MANY life changing suggestions and anecdotes in this series, dearest Darla. Looking forward to part 3. You are SO blessed with words. I love your new photo, too!

As in every time I am privileged to read your honest and uplifting words I once again have been taught. PEACE continues to flee from me as often as I seek it. I originally thought this article referencing Anger was not my issue as I have worked hard over the years to continue to love and forgive as the need arises often. That is, until I reached your section on "Writing therapy" and I imagined myself in this process. My tears began to flow and I came to realize that I do have anger, hidden deep inside that I need to bring to my Heavenly Father and then bury it deep in the ground rather than inside of me. Thank you once again, for providing guidance in my journey. I am always so grateful for your words and your insight. I know your wisdom has been earned through great effort and cost through out your life.

I really enjoyed your explanation on how to "tune into Jesus". It states this in my P. blessing specifically to do so but I only remember being taught how to pray to my Heavenly Father not how to talk to my Savior as my friend. I was so confused and I'd been thinking a lot about just this very thing when I came across this post and loved your simple way of explaining just what I was wondering about. Thank you :)
