I have studied about the holidays for many years. I taught school and taught my children where different traditions came from, so I researched a lot. This was particularily interesting because I learned a lot of new things. Thanks so much for sharing with us you knowledge.

Thank you for this article. I had no idea of the origins of these holidays. I am one who, though I love seeing the little ones in their cosine, eagerly seek for candy; I had my doubts about the ghoulish holiday. But to learn of the origin of all the others is fascinating. Again, thank you.
