This wise counsel from Joni can also be applied to other areas of our lives. Don't compare yourself with others regarding your housekeeping, your appearance, your job, your home, your talents, or any other thing. The outcome of comparing ourselves with one another leads either to pride, or despair. Neither one are good options. There is another wonderful perk when we stop comparing. We can actually rejoice in the accomplishments of those around us.
