This is pretty common in lots of marriages. 50% of which end in divorce for the same reason. They don’t know how to communicate. I’d reference a serious study of Ammon in the BoM and the movie “Fireproof”. If you understand these principles, you’ll heal your marriage or end it. Either way, you’ll learn a lesson and have better results going forward. I’m rooting for you saving the marriage though
