What’s helping me: Learning how to counsel together, to disagree appropriately (be calm, understand and validate the other’s view), learning how to SELF GOVERN(see Nicoleen Peck’s work), learning how to give up the vicinity paradigm ( C.Terry Warner’s work) , learning to do the simple thing of turning to look to the raised Brass Serpent in my wilderness for healing, to trust the Savior’s hand is outstretched to save me not shame because I really am of little faith.
