Having been involved with mental health, I appreciate the reply to this woman's letter. But the fact that the doctor won't give her a full diagnosis set off all kinds of bells and whistles in my head! This women is the prime care giver in an illness situation; she needs to have the full story so she can more effectively work with her husband. Also, she is feeling manipulated but doesn't think her husband realizes it. This dear woman needs to find a way to explain this to her husband and give him examples so that he can work his end of the situation.
