How do I know my entry has been received. There was nowhere to enter my name and email address and I don't see a submit button anywhere. I also visited your Facebook page and "liked" it, but again, I don't see anywhere to submit. The only way to go back to my original email (I was reading your email) was to click the back arrow key....
