This sounds wonderful & I cannot wait to try it; however, what kind of "Mix" do you use for the batter/pastry? You never said what kind of mix it was. And for those of us who have never heard of "Dutch Babies" we wouldn't have a clue as to what "Mix" to use. Please clarify. Thank you.

Mix 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, and 1/2 cup mix together. Was a word left out? 1/2 cup..What?
