This is not funny. The dog owners need training badly. Check out some videos of (The Dog Whisper). I use his ideas in the trading of my animals and they are well behaved.

Dogs can be scary at times. I had someone incite their dog to attack me when I was about 10 yrs old, out for a walk. I ran to safety before the German shepherd caught up to me. But for dogs that kill for sport and not instinct for food should be allowed their freedom again.

I don't understand the just of this article and why it was even published. Is it supposed to be funny? it's not. It's tragic for both the cat and the dog. Both need to be loved and shown you still care for them...not just laugh at their misery. I'm sure the cat was in distress knowing the dog was wanting to kill it and that it was also going to die from suffocation. I'm glad the father finally helped the cat out of the bottle, I was fearful you whole neighborhood was going to ignore the calls for help and just go back to bed! Also, the family with the dog should pay for some training, before they have to pay for a torn up child or another persons dog bites..

That dog should be put down! Once a dog gets a taste for Killin it's all over. I would never trust that dog around children! If that dog had killed my kittens and chicken's I would make sure it could never harm another animal! My dear friend lost an alpaca to dogs that had killed chickens in the past. Thru the courts she was able to have all the dog's involved put down.
