EXHIBIT-Julie Rogers  “Yesterday, Today and Forever”

An exhibit by noted artist Julie Rogers, on display from September 7 through October 28.  Beautifully created oil paintings show how the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the same Church the Savior established during His earthly ministry.

Julie Rogers, the gifted artist of the “Yesterday, Today and Forever” exhibit at the Visitors’ Center, will speak about the meaning of the exhibit and her experiences in creating the beautiful paintings depicting the Savior and the restoration of His gospel.

Qunshen Choir

This igehty member choir from Shenzhen, China, is under the direction of award winning conductor Chen Kung Hua.  The group has sung with Hong Kong Qunshen Choir and the Los Angeles Asian Artistic Choir

Mormon Orchestra Concert

The orchestra will perform chamber and classical music composed by Mozart.  There will also be Brass Quintet music, a percussion ensemble and a Brandenburg concerto.

“His Victory”-An Oratorio

Talented vocalists and instrumentalists will perform this acclaimed oratorio, written by local composer Michael Turnblom, about the Savior and His appearances to His disciples following His resurrection.
