Dennis, you are an amazing man. About 16 years ago I asked an online question at preparedpantry.com about some trouble I was having with an excellent whole wheat bread recipe. That lead to a rather long telephone conversation with you which was very enlightening.
I appreciate how you were so helpful and generous with your time.
