She may actualling be starving because her body is not metabolizing food properly and so she feels hungry all the time.

This girl and the mom have eating disorders or at minimum disordered eating. I know so many kids who were hospitalized and nearly died whose illnesses started just like this. Please find a support group for parents caring for a person with and ED. I can recommend International Eating Disorder Family Support on FB. Please do not limit her food in any way and please start feeding her high fats and high calories 6 times a day and include the foods she’s eating in secret. Require she eat them regularly. The risks of her having an ED are far more likely and harmful than anything that being “fat” could do to her. Satan wants you and her to believe her size determines her worth and it’s simply not true. You can also email me at [email protected]

An additional help would be to stop buying all high fat or high sugar foods. Do not have them in the house. Plan family menus that will contribute to the health of every family member. Search for delicious recipes for healthy snacks, and have them readily available.
