There is a man in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia who has to be carried everywhere by his daughter. When I last contacted the LDS humanitarian department, they did not have any wheelchairs in that area. Do they have any in that area now? I can get details if there are any. I am a RS president in Victoria BC Canada. The man is a non-member.
