The Chick fil A, gave up Salvation for $$$ and PC. One day in the future someone will find a coin that reads "Under God" and say, I wonder what that meant?

I am very disappointed about this reversal (yes, in my mind it is a reversal) of their values. Not a total swing away with the pendulum to the other side, but the Salvation Army reached out to everyone irregardless of identity, and Chick fil A stores capitulated. I am very disappointed. I have written to their corporate office and informed them I will no longer patronize their establishment. I did not realize all the managers & employees stuck in the middle of this disastrous decision. There is so much more at stake than not opening on Sundays. I deeply regret this.

The LGBTQCM activists that opposed Chick fil A were not customers to begin with and will not become customers now. Many of their loyal customers will now take their money elsewhere and the company's bottom line will be affacted. Dick's Sporting goods alienated a substantial portin of thei customer base by coming out in support of gun control and those customers left in droves. And, once the trust is broken, nothing they can do will earn it back.

Thank you so much for such a pointed (and Scriptural) article. I do feel betrayed. My hope is that all of the Chick fil A stores remain closed on Sundays. That is the last stand for me.
