One of my favorite breakfasts consists of diced Lite spam, diced potatoes, diced onion, diced spam all of these browned in a cast iron skillet in the order listed. While that is working chop some broccoli and add to a microwave safe casserole. Give the casserole a short cook time in the microwave oven, covered with a plate. Add beaten eggs at this point, Cook for half the time you expect to get them done, bring them out, give a light stir to bring the cooked edges to the center. Cook the rest of the time, repeat the light stir if needed. Top with buffalo or other hot cheese, return to the microwave for long enough to melt the cheese, let stand for one minute per egg, Serve for an eye opening breakfast. Since the power of microwaves varies, I purposely left the times needed to cook. Play around with this in your microwave, aiming to undercook. You can always give it more time, not so easy to recover an overdone one.

Dennis, I read D&C 89:14 &15. I enterpeted it differently. Thank you for your good work.

Dennis, you're suggesting a meal of nothing but animal products, which has been proven to be so harmful to our bodies. That's why the Lord says we should eat meat only if necessary to sustain life (see D&C 89:15). To learn more of how science supports the Word of Wisdom, watch the ground-breaking documentary Forks Over Knives (Netflix or on DVD). Also see the Discovering the Word of Wisdom videos online.
