California's AG, it would be well to note, received a 100% positive report card from Planned Parenthood when he took office. He has received multiple donations for political campaigns from PP. Just like the Texas case, PP is using political allies to harass and punish these brave journalists. Another problem is how the media is twisting the story by saying that the recordings are "of the undercover journalists trying to buy aborted material" rather than the truth, that the recordings are descriptions of PP workers experiences in tearing apart pre-born babies in a manner that is consistent with making a profit off of the parts. Where is the media's indignation that Mr Daleiden's and Ms Merritt's free speech rights are being infringed?
