  • This blogger creates a nice analogy using the Humpty Dumpty poem.  She talks about how we oftentimes teeter on the edge, but make it down safely. Other times, we do end up falling and no one can put us back together, not even the king’s men or his horses. Check out the blog to read her solution and also a wonderful excerpt from a talk by Jeffrey R. Holland.

  • I received an e-mail about this article from a reader. It was published in the Global Post and it talks about the LDS church’s influence in India. According to the article and the Church, India now has almost 7,500 Mormons. Most of the Mormons there are converts. Read the article here to hear some great conversion stories and learn about some of the missionary work going on in India. Also, just a warning: much of the terminology the writer uses is different from the words we use to describe things. For example, “Sisters Committee” means Relief Society, “missions” means branches, etc. I had to read the article a couple times to figure this out, so keep it in mind while reading.

  • This next blog is fantastic. I felt the Spirit while reading it, and I’m sure you will too. The blogger talks about fasting, how important it is, and how it has blessed her and many others in her life. After reading this blog, I have a renewed feeling about fasting. It has always been hard for me to fast because, let’s face it; it’s hard to go without food for too long. But this blogger has such a strong testimony of fasting that it makes me want to try harder. Check out this blogger’s amazing testimony here.

  • I found a blog with Mormon cartoons and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Check out the cartoons for July here. If you go to the right side, you can click on other months to read funny cartoons from the past, or you can also look at them by category. They are all good, clean cartoons and jokes, so make sure to check them out if you need a good laugh!

  • This is an excellent missionary blog! This blog is written by a couple serving a mission in the Peru Lima East Mission. On their blog you can check out tons of great photos of the people and countryside in Peru, as well as learn much about the culture and the members there. I spent almost an hour going through the different blog entries because I couldn’t get enough. It is very interesting to see what people and church members are like in other countries and to learn about them. Read this fascinating blog here.
