Antiques Roadshow concluded its summer tour at the Salt Palace this weekend.

It’s the show’s 21st season and Salt Lake City was the last stop. Forty-five people came from Boston and put on the roadshow with the help of 300 volunteers.

This time they found a lot of great antiques including a hymnal from 1844.

“The first LDS hymnal was written in 1835. Hymnals were not saved things,” said Marsha Bemko, the show’s executive producer. “They were meant to be thrown out and this one wasn’t.”

A local appraiser estimated that hymnal is worth $40,000 to $50,000 retail.
