Certainly one of the most extraordinary events in the Book of Mormon I’ve always been intrigued by the truth so evident there. May I also point out the importance of Isaiah’s declaration of, “and who shall declare his generation?” Most don’t realize the significance of that question, and it’s finally answered in Abinadi’s explanation of the Savior’s mission as Father and Son. See Mosiah 15:1-11. Jesus Christ becomes our father when we become his children through our own acceptance and obedience to his commandments. We become his children and he then is Father to us, his generation fulfillment.
