The Oscar-nominated Disney movie Moana has spurred scores of music videos, covers and renditions of the beautiful and catchy tunes from the film.

One such take on a song from the film is the following version of “I Am Moana” produced by Working with Lemons and filmed at the Polynesian Cultural Center. The video features the fire dancers that visitor’s to the center will remember well.

“I Am Moana” is the last in a whole series of videos featuring songs from the movie, many of which use the Polynesian Cultural Center as a textural and tropical backdrop.

The Polynesian Cultural Center, a living museum of polynesian culture, which is owned and operated by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has grown to be one of the most popular attractions on Oahu. It is operated in part with the support of nearby BYU-Hawaii.
