Extraordinary stories, and powerful reminders about the source of real truth. It is funny how at times we tend to put our faith in the (very fallible) arm of flesh, in spite of constant warnings to seek truth from above.

A quick and useful rejoinder to the claim that there is no truth is to ask the claimant "is that true?"

As an aside,there is also compelling empirical evidence of the truthfulness of the.Book of Mormon.

One of my first wake-up calls about the internet was when I searched for "The Family: A Proclamation to the World" and I saw the negative opinions about it. That was decades ago and the detraction has only grown more widespread. The principles contained within it are wonderful, elevating, relevant, and true. Quantity does not equal quality. In addition, so much untruth about it is backed by explanations carefully crafted of legitimate scientific information. It's amazing how many truths can be spun together to construct a lie.

I would not rely on ChatGPT for medical advice. There are many substantial studies out now that show the Covid shots have caused increases in myocarditis, cancers, and brain disorders, among other serious diseases, around the world. The number of total excess deaths attributable to the mRNA SARS-COV2 injections is in the millions and climbing. This is not a "conspiracy theory", but a scientific fact. The shots should have been targeted to the most vulnerable populations: the elderly and those with several co-morbidities. Instead, they were pushed out to the entire world population. Taking medicine you don't need can be worse than not taking what you do need. Ask any doctor.

Thank you for sharing these vivid examples of truth and untruth and the deadly consequences, whether spiritual or physical, that come when we cannot identify what is true. Thank you Becky for more of your writing that really makes us stand back and think! The stories about snakes and false beliefs being perpetuated by those who should know better....many being carefully deceived by the evil one...and have his cunning design to have us believe that now what was bad is good and good is now bad. Such an important reminder to cling to the TRUTH that we know we in the gospel have. You have shown this so creatively in this excellent article.
